Jasmine’s dedication creates a seamless experience for our clients and helps us build strong relationships. She immerses herself in every aspect of the design and build process, ensuring clients’ visions come to life with precision and care.

Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of festivals, practices yoga and swimming, and cherishes time with her family, including her spirited spaniel, who keeps her on her toes!

As the Joinery Manager, Rob holds the title of the longest-serving member of the ESG team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. His passion and dedication to the company’s success are unmatched, making him an integral part of the ESG journey. With his extensive expertise, he ensures the joinery department operates at the highest standard, continually contributing to our projects’ success.

Outside of work, Rob cherishes time spent with his family and can often be found playing the organ at his local church. His commitment to both his professional role and personal life is truly inspiring.

Brian oversees a wide range of responsibilities, from building repairs and electrical work to managing site works and scheduling. He ensures our commercial vehicles and warehouse department operate seamlessly, taking charge of storage, quality control, and goods out. His keen attention to detail and expertise keep everything running smoothly.

In his spare time, Brian enjoys theatre outings, gardening, motorsport, and making memories with his family at their caravan on Anglesey.

Starting as an accounts apprentice at ESG, Alexand has worked her way up to become our dedicated HR Director. She is known for her unwavering commitment to creating a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels valued.

In her personal time, Alexand is passionate about health and wellbeing and loves to travel, bringing her enthusiasm to both her work and her adventures.

Ian joined ESG in 2020 as our Finishing & Warehouse Manager, bringing years of invaluable experience from the upholstery and contract furniture sector. His vast knowledge and expertise have significantly enhanced our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Ian’s commitment to excellence and strong work ethic make him a cornerstone of our team.

Outside of work, Ian is a passionate football supporter. You’ll often find him pitch-side, cheering on his favourite team, Stoke City, or proudly watching his son play. He also enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, demonstrating his dedication to family life.

Paul, our Technical Director, is the go-to expert for all things interiors and contract furniture. With extensive experience and unmatched technical knowledge, he ensures that every project is delivered with the highest quality.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys staying active. Whether cycling through the countryside, playing squash, or spending time with his family, his passion for life shines through.

Jess joins ESG as our newly appointed Client Services Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from the KBB and distribution sectors. With a background in marketing and exhibitions, she offers a fresh perspective on project management. Her passion for creativity and visuals drives her to turn clients’ dreams into reality through hard work and determination.

When she’s not busy at work, Jess enjoys spending time with her friends and family, antiquing for unique trinkets, and binge-watching TV series with her beloved pets. She also loves exploring Stoke-on-Trent in search of the perfect Espresso Martini!

Hannah joined ESG as an apprentice and quickly advanced to become our dynamic Business Development Director. Her passion for her role is evident in every project she oversees, bringing energy, dedication, and heart to everything she does.

Outside the office, Hannah enjoys time with her young family, keeping up with her energetic son, and spending time with friends and loved ones.

Connor plays a crucial role in keeping our projects on track. He manages administrative tasks and liaises with stakeholders to provide essential support for our Client Service Managers. His dedication and meticulousness ensure every project runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Connor embraces adventure, with a passion for climbing and mountaineering. Whether he’s at the office or scaling new heights, he brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does.

Erin is inherently an out-of-the-box thinker whilst maintaining a drive to deliver clear results. With a wealth of experience in the sector, her role as Creative Strategy Director has her overseeing the internal marketing, communications and creative decision making at ESG.

Erin’s can-do attitude is infectious, and when she’s not brainstorming new ideas, you’ll find her getting fresh air with her beloved Springador, Quinn, cooking for her friends and family, or at the gym.

As the expert for all things accounts, Aiden’s proactive approach and attention to detail ensure smooth operations and keep everyone on track. He plays a vital role in our financial processes.

Aiden balances work and play with ease, often hitting the gym or spending time on the golf course to unwind and improve his swing.

With 16 years of experience in the print, signage, and branding industry, Luke brings deep expertise and a passion for achieving the best results from graphics. His hands-on approach and creative problem-solving play a key role in delivering high-impact visual solutions across projects.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with family and getting stuck into property renovations. A true enthusiast, he loves wrapping just about anything – kitchens, furniture, even vehicle parts.

Alan is our skilled Upholsterer, known for his unmatched attention to detail and expertise in his craft. He creates everything from contract furniture to soft furnishings, ensuring each piece is finished to perfection.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young family.

With over 12 years of experience across the UK, USA, and Pakistan, Arslan brings a strong analytical approach to his role as Estimator. He has a keen eye for detail and specialises in breaking down complex project scopes into accurate cost estimates. His background includes work on modular buildings, refurbishments, façades, and infrastructure, along with expertise in project scheduling, drafting, and site supervision.

Outside of work, he enjoys exploring construction tech trends, travelling, and playing cricket. He holds a bachelor’s in civil engineering and a master’s in construction project management.

As a Client Services Manager, Fearn brings passion and motivation to every aspect of her role. With a background in KBB design, she offers valuable industry insight and a sharp eye for detail, making her a key part of the ESG team. Her drive and dedication help build strong client relationships and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, getting creative in her spare time, and cooking up new ideas in the kitchen. You’ll often find her making the most of her Friday nights with friends, balancing her professional focus with a love for life beyond the office.

As our Marketing Apprentice, Lauren plays a hands-on role in supporting the team with a wide range of marketing activities. She creates engaging content for our social media channels, helps plan and schedule campaigns, monitors performance and analytics, and assists with email marketing, blog writing, and internal communications. Lauren helps promote our design and build services for exhibitions and interiors, all while developing her skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Outside of work, Lauren is passionate about music and fitness; she enjoys attending festivals, running, and hybrid training sessions. She also values time spent with friends, making the most of weekends and Friday night plans.

Jason, known for his upbeat spirit, is committed to excellence, inspiring everyone around him. He ensures efficiency by auditing and managing compliance with internal processes while meeting project milestones and maintaining health and safety standards across the company.

As ESG’s skilled Technical Drawing & Tooling Technician, Damian plays a crucial role in ensuring that every project is expertly tooled and fully prepared for the CNC and workshop processes. With several years of hands-on experience, he has honed his skills and is well-tuned to the intricate needs of his craft, consistently delivering high-quality results that contribute to our success.

Outside of work, Damian is an avid F1 motorsport fan and enjoys listening to music, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family. His precision and positive attitude make him a valuable asset to the ESG team.

Andy is renowned for his attention to detail and ability to keep operations on track as our dedicated Parts & H&S Manager. He expertly oversees the CNC department, goods in, and warehouse stock control, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Sam, our Senior Client Services Manager, is dedicated to guiding clients through every stage of their projects. Her approachable and warm manner builds lasting relationships, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.

With a background as an electrician and years of hands-on site and workshop experience, Lewis brings practical know-how and technical precision to every project he takes on. As a Production Project Manager, his understanding of the build process, from planning to final delivery, ensures each project runs smoothly and to the highest standard.

Currently completing her CNC and Parts Technician apprenticeship, Raz has already made an impression, earning ‘Apprentice of the Month’ at Newcastle College. Her enthusiasm and drive to learn bring fresh energy to the workshop team.
